ION Waregem

This complex of 5 office buildings is characterised by a modern and very bold architecture. The apparent lightness of the buildings is an effect created by the numerous cantilevered slabs.

GAMACO acted as consultant to the main engineering firm (COBE) during the design phase, and then as the engineering firm responsible for building the floors and sizing the large cantilevers (up to 5m).The floors were made of post-tensioned concrete.
