The project is located on the site of the former 2 Alice clinic. The clinic formerly comprised 3 buildings.

As part of a joint venture with the HERPAIN company, Gamaco carried out a complete engineering mission covering:

• The major conversion of 2 of the 3 buildings: raising and moving a facade, adding large cantilevered balconies, creating underground entrances to the new parking lots, creating new stairwells and lift nodes.
   
• Planning the demolition/reconstruction of the third building.
   
• Design a new 2-level underground car park
